IMPORTANT: Before you begin the application, make sure you have the following documents ready for upload:

  • A PDF copy of your resume (if applicable, include details of leadership roles, extracurricular activities, and efforts related to diversity, equity, and inclusion)
  • A PDF copy of your current or most recent transcript (unofficial copies are acceptable)
