What did you learn from this experience? Remember, the problem could have occurred at school, work, extracurricular activities, or home.
- Based on your own experiences, identify a barrier that hinders fair access to the technology field. What do you think is the main cause of this barrier? What actions have you already taken to address this unfairness, and what are your future plans? Focus on describing the actions you’ve taken. Remember, your impact can manifest in various ways and on different scales.
